That's what I thought as well. I compiled with glib-2.2.3 and the (apparently very) old gtk-1.3 and everything seems to work OK. The logic seems to be backwards having the gtk paths depend on the glib paths. According to the note at http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html, the newer gtk-1.3 REQUIRES glib 2.x, whereas my result indicates that glib 2.x does NOT imply any particular version of gtk. Maybe something like: If GTK_1_3_OLD is defined, then use the old gtk directory structure. Otherwise, the newer gtk directory structure is used and an error should be indicated if GLIB_VERSION is 1.3 Dave Richards.
