Oh, habit actually. (I got burned in an RCS environment once where a file was including files with " " instead of < >. When I changed the included file in my local directory the preprocessor was still picking up the checked-in version out in the RCS tree (even though it was compiling with "-I." first in the list? Don't remember...) Whatever it was it doesn't really matter for Ethereal development.
