Checked in, with the addition of entries for WTAP_ENCAP_MTP2 and WTAP_ENCAP_MTP3 (and WTAP_ENCAP_BLUETOOTH_H4) to "encap_table[]" in "wiretap/wtap.c", and without the #include changes (what were those for?).
