I've tried it with B800 firmware - but this didn't solve the problem. It never happens on a small configuration.
Is there a way to reinitialize or reread the slave during runtime?

I've got a big installation with 153 slaves, most of them are Beckhoff BK1120. Now, when i start the master, it happens (not every time) that some BK1120 are being read with Error.
All of them have the same eeprom content and the same firmware.
Weird is, that the ones with Error are mostly the same - they have analogue input/output terminals on it (KL1408;KL1408;KL2114;KL3468;KL4408)
The ones with only KL2602's on it are being read correctly most of the time.

We had similar problems with BK1120s. It turned out, that there was a
firmware bug. Please assure, that you have the firmware version B800
(not B8F6 or something).
