You need to install ethercat-1.5.4adb56c4198d-2.1.i586.rpm and libethercat1-1.5.4adb56c4198d-2.1.i586.rpm. If you want the development headers then ethercat-devel-1.5.4adb56c4198d-2.1.i586.rpm You will then have the ethercat executable (/usr/bin/ethercat) and also the ethercat service which can be enabled via YaST runlevels, there is also a sysconfig entry which can be modified via YaST /etc/sysconfig editor. -- Cheers Malcolm °¿° (Linux Counter #276890) openSUSE 11.4 (x86_64) Kernel 2.6.37.6-0.5-desktop up 5 days 8:10, 3 users, load average: 0.05, 0.13, 0.14 GPU GeForce 8600 GTS Silent - Driver Version: 270.41.19 _______________________________________________ etherlab-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.etherlab.org/mailman/listinfo/etherlab-users
