In mini.c example, when the #define CONFIGURE_PDOS is comment these
functions are not called. I tried to comment them but it didn’t work too.
You need to tell the master the slave's layout using these functions
even though they are marked as <Mandatory> and <Fixed> in the XML.
In this case the master can start even without the bus being connected.
