Hallo, ich habe auch lange gesucht, bis ich die Layout-Hinweise gefunden habe. Auf Seite 7 (Abschnitt 2.4) im ENC28J60-Datenblatt steht:
"All power supply pins must be externally connected to the same power source. Similarly, all ground references must be externally connected to the same ground node. Each VDD and VSS pin pair should have a 0.1 μF ceramic bypass capacitor (not shown in the schematic) placed as close to the pins as possible." Ich werde es auch mal probieren, habe zwar ein eigenes Layout entwickelt, aber auch nur die 3,3V nahe am Schaltregler mit 100n und 47µ abgeblockt. Die Block-Cs am IC fehlen. Ich habe mehrere Geräte davon aufgebaut und die hängen sich regelmäßig alle 3 - 4 Wochen auf.
