Just a short note of licenses:
I got permission to turn DictionaryReader
and Grr into MIT or BSD license recently.
Mantella and Babbler are both written by me,
and i will change the license to BSD later.
But we can drop Mantella since it does not do much.
I plan to rewrite CollectKit/BookmarktKit so that it can be in BSD/MIT
  among other reasons to rewrite.
After that, the majority of Etoile will be in BSD/MIT/LGPL/Apache.
I prefer to reduce LGPL, too, but it is less important than GPL.
The only problem is that code in LGPL does not mix well with
code in BSD/MIT/Apache if we want to merge some of the projects.

There are some code from Uli, specifically, in PaneKit.
If we can get his permission, we can turn PaneKit into BSD/MIT.
PopplerKit depends on poppler, which is GPL.
There is nothing we can do.
MultimediaKit use GPL'd code from mplayer,
but it is actually running a NSTask of mplayer.
So I might rewrite it again so that the license can be free.
