Hi Lennart,

There is definitely a need to get SCPower working on as many platforms  
as possible, so it would be great if you could tidy up the code and  
post it for review.

As I recall, the licensing issue from the APM code came from the fact  
it borrowed GPL'd code from elsewhere, making the APM implementation  
GPL'd and thus the whole of SCPower (when compiled for Linux) and any  
application which used SCPower and so on.  If your code does not use  
GPL'd code, this is not a problem.
