Hi,

I have begun to work on Camaelon yesterday. I would like to add
support for disclosure/hierarchical visual indicators to
NSOutlineView, both Nesedah and Narcissus have no images for these
indicators. I also observed they have never been specified by Nesdah
mockup: <http://jesseross.com/clients/gnustep/ui/concepts/>

Jesse, when you have some time to work on that, could you send me or
even commit image files for those indicators?

I'm not sure what's the best place for such indicator images in a
theme bundle. A solution would be to create a new Outline
subdirectory. But other potential uses for such indicators exist. For
example disclosable panes/view (as supported by EtoileUI/Container)
should probably use the same indicators. Should we allow theme authors
to define distinct disclosure indicators for outline views and
disclosable views? We may also want to share the same image for
collapsed indicators between NSBrowser, NSOutlineView and disclosable
views… What's your take on this issue?

Disclosable views are commonly used in inspectors and look like this:

I also want to add support for cursor theming and integrates the mouse
cursors designed by Jesse for Étoilé:

IconKit has theme support too and comes with a default icon theme
bundle available here:

However I think cursor theming probably belongs to Camaelon rather
than IconKit but I'm not really sure about that. Any opinions?

Cheers,
Quentin.
