Just in case, I support the idea of writing a new runloop built around glib's. I always want that and wish to see all Etoile apps to switch to glib main loop. But I don't have anything to say about gstreamer rather to say that I just want a set of APIs
that can be put over any framework so users may choose their prefered multimedia libraries.
