Feel free to include Preview, Vindaloo, PopplerKit and Addresses in
Étoilé.
I wrote emails to the authors of Vindaloo, PopplerKit and Addresses
to see whether they would like to join Etoile project.
So i will wait a couple days first.
ok, thanks :-)
I haven't done it for Preview because it only supports the format
which GNUstep supports.
It isn't that bad, this just means we have to improve GNUstep image
format support…
I am thinking whether we have other options, like the image inspector
from GWorkspace which use ImageMagic library to show more formats.
Not really convinced by this option.
Otherwise you could take a look at the PathFinder image inspector.
It's open source and it offers interesting basic features like
cropping, rotation etc. which aren't available with Preview. The only
issue is to check whether the Cocoa code is easily portable to GNUstep.
You can find it within CocoaTech open source archive which is
available here: <http://www.cocoatech.com/opensource.php>
Terminal.app works on FreeBSD.
So I am not worry about it.
ok
But the thing I like Termimal.app is that you can use it to provide
services from unix.
I think such Services feature isn't difficult at all to implement
from scratch.
Maybe we can merge iTerm and Terminal.app into one. :P
Tricky job probably :-) Until now I was waiting for better nib
loading support in Gorm to finish my iTerm port.
Cheers,
Quentin.
