Good to hear that. :P > - System doesn't behave very well when an application crash (it's > often impossible to log out). Well, I may have a work-around, but still take time to work it out. But I think David want a unique name so that it can be searched. For that argument, I would say as long as users can search it in combination with keyword 'GNUstep', it should be a good name. For example, search "RSS Reader GNUstep" gives you Grr already. Now, "GNUstep Jabber" gives the recent post of StepChat on Etoile blog. So I would say Chat.app should be good enough. Vindaloo is out there for a while. So I would say it may be too late to change name. > Also some applications have no icons: > - Vindaloo > - Sketch (I don't think it's really important since it's probably > going to move in Developer/Examples at some point in future) > > --> Repository Layout, Code and Installation > > Other tasks which needs to be done: > - XMPP framework must be moved to Frameworks, probably by creating an > XMPPKit. XMPP is only used by StepChat for now. As WorkspaceCommKit in System, I am fine that it is under StepChat for now. I cannot think which applications will need to link to it. Most applications will work fine by just listening to notifications from StepChat.
