I'd vote for option 2. I don't find having the flower launch a terminal at all intuitive. I'd rather see OuterSpace or something similar launched from it. Maybe make a terminal another thing that stays in the dock. While I'm moaning about usability, is it possible to have the AZDock anchor itself to a corner, rather than the middle of the screen? At the moment, adding a new app to it moves every other icon in the dock, which is terribly bad for motor memory. Let's not copy Apple's bad decisions[1]. David [1] On OS X, you can fix this behaviour by setting the com.apple.dock pinning default to start. Apple's dock has a couple of undocumented features. I also like setting 'hidden' to 1, which makes the icons for apps you have hidden translucent. _______________________________________________ Etoile-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/etoile-discuss
