I like the concept of your trading scheme, yet I think you are trying to make it an elitist group? Once you have enough people to host all the shows, membership is closed...that means only everyone in the group can get all their shows, but everyone else outside is screwed. I think it would be more fair if you just setup some FTP servers with as many shows available on each, and offer logins to the general public for all to share!! This is all about sharing the music, lets not limit who can get it!
