If you still need dial up, why not try "free" ISPs such as:

netzero.net
freei.net
bluelight.com
altavista.com
excite.com
worldspy.net

You could do worse paying a fee-based ISP $20+ per month.

I heard that worldspy.net may soon support Linux. Check it out and let us know.
