Crashscape Crashigator

I have a question.  Is the problem with Netscape that it is buggy, or
that everybody designs websites to Internet Explore standars( i.e.
Microsofts' take on HTML. which apparrently varies from the standard for
HTML and does Microsoft have its own non-standard Java as well?
