Sometimes...I don't think usually.  Actually Netscape has its own take
on HTML; IE 5 is much closer to the standard. :)

Yes, but it's not much used.

Neither MS nor Netscape has much respect for the standards process.
Netscape got religion after discovering that Microsoft was better
at "embrace and extend" than Netscape. :)
