Find me a 2Ghz P4 for that price!! You'll only find Celeron boxes that cheap. A mobo/CPU combo can be had for as little as $199 if you're willing to buy crap and add some more crap parts and maybe you'll get under the $500 barrier but only using crappy crap parts. BTW, Celeron's only have 128K cache where as the newest P4's have 512K cache. Big diff when it comes to encoding.
