T1 isn't the same as DSL.  AFAIK, T1 can be delivered anywhere 
there are two phone lines (it takes two "pairs," or physical 
circuits, to deliver).

Around $900/month for the line and Internet access, last I knew.  
But you can get a point-to-point T1 (both ends must be served by 
the same CO) for around $200/month.  However, the $200 doesn't 
include Internet access; just a network connection.

This is in addidtion to the cost of the CSU/DSU and router that is 
needed between your T1 line and your computer network.
