T1 isn't the same as DSL. But you can get a point-to-point T1 (both ends must be served by the same CO) for around $200/month. However, the $200 doesn't include Internet access; just a network connection. This is in addidtion to the cost of the CSU/DSU and router that is needed between your T1 line and your computer network. This information is about two years old. Your mileage may vary.
