T-Bird 850, 256MB PC133, FIC AZ11EA motherboard (supports XP
CPU's), Case w/homemade window and reliable power supply,
working floppy, CD-rom, 13GB hd - $200. No cheap components
except for the drives. RAM is lifetime, CPU has never been
overclocked, case is solid, power supply will last a very long
time.
