I used FB2 a while ago and it was extremely easy to use. We treated it as a simple defect database so we weren't taking advantage of any of the nicer features. In retrospect, Bugzilla would have probably been better for that project. FB3 looks good and I've heard good things about it from a developer and a couple of QA folk.
