A startup called Nantero is building a carbon nanotube fab right next
door in Gresham.

BTW, about my "why Intel can't exceed 4 GHz" comment.  It was a joke,
nothing more.  Joseph asked if Windows 98 stores the CPU speed in a
signed int, and I was trying to imply that Intel was calculating its
CPU speeds using 32 bit arithmetic.  Sorry if my humor was too subtle
or too dumb to register.
