Yeah, you're paying extra for having a system come pre-installed with
Ubuntu and (supposedly) very good support. If you decide to get one,
there's a $25 code for Ubuntu Forums members (yes, it's a free forum,
and no, you don't even really have to be a forum member):

So I'd advise browsing it to get a feel for the level of support they
give (and maybe how happy their customers are).
