Hey there, I am on a workgroup along with local businesses, the Eugene Chamber and Lane Workforce Partnership, to see if we can prepare more local people for tech jobs in our community. Employers say they have a hard time finding qualified employees and job seekers say their are no jobs locally so they are going out of county for work.
