Bruce, the only thing i can think of that would cause that problem is if
your computer is recieving either a left mouse or enter key input whenever
you click in the "change language" box.  it may sound dumb, but try hitting
tab until your curser enters that box, and use the arrow keys to pick your
language. Barring that. . . maybe you have a program like norton security
etc that can block certain scripts from running, try turning off any items
such as that and see if it makes a difference. If i were experiencing the
same problem, and these tips didn't work, i'd probably try to update my
browser, maybe a file is corrupt, etc.
