I have put "Air Lift" brand air bags in a '91 Metro and also
my '89 Suzuki Swift GTi with excellent results. They don't
list Metro or Swift, but if you call them up (517-322-2144)
with the ID of your springs and the length at your desired
ride height, they will have a bag to fit.

For my Metro/Swift cars the Air Lift P/N is 46136 for the
bags (3.44" x 7") and P/N 22007 for the "hose kit" which
includes hose, tee's, hose clamps, and a schraeder (tire
type) valve. The cost for 2 bags, hose kit, and shipping was
$80.82 about 2 years ago. Worth every penny.

You will have to drill about a 1/2" hole in the suspension
arm for the air hose to go through, but it is in a low
stress area, so no worries. I made a rubber washer to
protect the air bag from the sheetmetal edge of the hole.
I've got over 50k miles on my older set of bags with no
problems.

Good luck, and let me know if you have questions.

Andrew
