I see they make after market kits with a 150 watt hub motor and batteries for 78 hundred to attach to a regular wheelchair to make it a trike. I think thats way too much, second indoors it would be nothing but a hassle to get around anywhere then just to cruze inside a mall or park.
I am limited to 30 inches wide, 48 long and no more then 600 pound combines weight. Right now I have a chair 24 wide and 48 long, then another thats 26 wide, 42 long. Narrower seems to be better, but the short can turn tight corners. Jeff http://www.wheelchairmodifications.org Richmond, Va
