I was intrigued about the talk of converting a Honda Insight to all electric drive, so I decided to pick up an Insight service manual (cheaper than a car) to get an idea of what can be removed.
One thing I noticed is that the Insight has a brake booster reservoir feed from engine vacuum. I was wondering what would happen to this once the car was converted? Another question I have of the people attempting an Insight conversion is what they have decided for the motor type (AC or DC) and the battery chemistry? Alex Karahalios
