The same thing you do with any EV that has power brakes, use a 12V 
vacuum pump.  Several of the EV parts places sell new ones or you can 
visit a junk yard.  Certain Cadilacs used them as well as many Desiel 
engine vehicles with power brakes.

Or you can convert he brakes to manual. Lots of ways to do that, the 
simplest is to simply use no vacuum.  Really builds up your right leg 
(that's the method I'm currently using on my truck).  One of these days 
I'm going to pull the springs out of the vacuum booster.
