Then an oil-rated line will work. I assumed that was a fitting size, are you saying the tubing ID is 5/8"? That sounds huge. I've used transmission cooler tubing with regular stainless hose clamps, but it was more like 3/8" ID. 5/8" ID hose is sold as heater core hose, which I'm sure you can find in an oil-rated version.
