Hi Michelle, Adam, Jon and All,
Adam, your 2nd ago post was what I was saying
in my first post.
Some of the people who own EV-1 are the type to
push this in court, as 1 of them on the list said.
Some go to jail for what they believe in like civil
rights, or in our case to have clean transportation
that doesn't require us to go to war for oil every few
years.
A class action lawsuit may be the best way and
since the state, feds paid for some of the EV-1's
price, 25%?, to cut air pollution they may look down
on GM stopping that.
The embarrassment to GM alone would be worth it
and an injunction until the case was decided would let
them keep the EV's maybe 3 years longer in any case.
I will be seeing Michael Moore in Orlando at
the Fla Governers debates on 10-22 working for the
medical marijuana issue anyway. I'll see if I can talk
to him there.
Michelle, this may be the way to teach the
masses that EV's are better than hybrids in most
cases.
If any cases are filed by anyone let me know so
I can give them to him.
