My Lectra might be a candidate. It has 260 pounds of batteries. 48v. It might go 50 miles on a charge. Since it uses 6 Delphi 8volters 6 Panasonic 12v High Cap. batteries would fit. Range up to 75 miles. With my Vetter fairing at 3hp at 60 mph I bet the range would go up to 200 miles at a steady 60 mph. Would this be considered a long range EV? Might have to replace the Curtis controller and the A89. A Lynch setup or one of Rudmans motors might have better power and energy use. Bike and batteries now weigh 470 pounds. Replacing the A89 would save a lot of weight. Any comments? Lawrence Rhodes....
