Since Kevin posted about this topic, I want add my comments. I saw this
a month ago:

Best Western Hotels rolling out EV charging points in the UK May 26,
2013
But did not post it because reader hits are fairly low on EVSE,
especially outside the U.S. Anyone following my posts, will see a
mixture so as to offer a world view of plugins (we are a world plugin
community). Some may not like some of the items I post, and others
will. But at the same time, I also have to temper my evdl bandwidth use
(I do not post 'everything' I read).
Kevin's post points out that a major business has made the commitment to
provide charging for plugins. Speaking from my ancient past experience
of staying at lodging, and begging to pay to plugin with hat in hand in
the office, this commitment is quite a wonderful thing. I hope is also
implemented in other countries as well (i.e. the U.S.).
A lot has changed since my early EV pioneer days before all of these
wonderful improvements to driving Electric. I hope that today's and
future plugin drivers will acknowledge that it was not so easy in the
early days, and to appreciate the EV-old-timer's efforts to have what we
have today and tomorrow.
