As Bill rightly posted his subject as OT, I will not encourage an OT
discussion on where the NOAA funding impetus came from to detract public's
attention away from all the ramifications of ice air pollution to naturally
occurring haze (I am just glad some funding money went into Bill's pocket to
earn him a living).
Instead, his post intrigued me as it is always interesting to know what kind
of things Bill is doing, even if it isn't directly EV related (he has done
so many good things for the EV-cause, that it is good to keep an eye on
him). So now I 'had-to' load up the page (below) to view the flash video on
a "Where's Waldo?" (or in this case Bill) quest.
I think I found him as the bearded dude, in the purple T, and dark khaki
jams hanging out in the background at the video stream time marks of : 0:55,
1:35, 1:45-1:55 .
