In my opinion, EVs, and cars in general, have way too many features. All I really want is the necessary gages on the dash, radio, clock, and HVAC. The rest can be done on the phone. Don't need entertainment systems and all the other "useful" features. Ok, I'll include window and door lock controls and other obvious and dedicated systems.

Perhaps connectivity to be able to display phone content on a larger screen would be nice. But then you trade off privacy to the automakers who seem to have no scruples or legal restrictions.

Simplicity is nice. And, normally, how much time do most people spend in a car ? For me, I want to get in, get somewhere, and get out. The sooner the better.

I guess some people are making money on
teaching Tesla owners how to get the most out of their vehicles. Really?

That's the biggest understatement of the year!

Just look at all the youtube videos about Tesla, the S, the X, the 3, the
Cybertruck....AND they are all being monetized...
