It's 130 meters long and weighs 2,000 [metric] tonnes. Its battery weighs
280 [metric] tonnes and stores 43 MEGA-Watt-hours.

It's a ferry that will run between Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Colonia del
Sacramento, Uruguay - about 55km.

Uruguay's electricity is said to be almost entirely renewably generated.
The article mentions hydro and wind, but I read some years ago that a

wood. You may disagree, but as I see it, that's theoretically renewable but
not quite ideal in practice.

When I was born, I was black. When I grow up, I'm black. When I'm ill,
     I'm black. When I die, I'm black. But you - when you're born, you're
pink. When you grow up, you're white. When you're ill, you're green.
When you go out in the sun, you go red. When you're cold, you go blue.
When you die, you're purple. And you have the nerve to call me colored?
