Yes, for a car that's worth not much, even with a new battery.
Looking for a lower cost option.

Really all I need is a buffer battery to accept regen energy.  The
main battery is fine, range is fine,
but as the Leaf batteries wear they stop accepting regen.  And regen
is a key efficiency feature for
city driving.
