I have swapped several Leaf packs for neighbors and friends. You need a furniture dolly, minimum 2 tall axle stands, a hydraulic jack and a metric set. Preferably also a 2 or 3 ft steel pipe as ratchet extender for the big bolts. If you put a taller 62kWh pack, you need a few longer bolts, I still have a bunch of spares.
