Hi Lorne,

Is there a reason you are not using the selfcheck built into Evergreen?

I only ask because Evergreen has a built in self checkout module that I know
folks in Ohio are using the built-in selfcheck in production where as the OSSC
Evergreen fork hasn't been updated in 8 years.

Once setup on the backend, stations can be setup by going to
https://[hostname]/eg/circ/selfcheck/main, where [hostname] represents the host
name of your Evergreen web server.

If you do need to move forward with the OSSC, I can dig through my old notes.

I ran some manner of open source selfcheck with evergreen back in the 2010s,
but at the moment I can't remember if it was built into Evergreen or the OSSC
connecting via SIP2.

Have a good day.

Joe

Hello,

Does anyone have a set of instructions for connecting the selfcheck app at
https://github.com/kaffenkj/evergreen-fork-open-source-self-check/ to
Evergreen?

I've tried going by the included docs in the package, and the Evergreen
documentation, but to no avail.
I'm also having a hard time getting SIP logging configured, so I don't have
anything to look at yet.

Thanks!
