Hi,

At least one of our customers appears to use Starlink for one of their
branches.

Historically, there have been concerns that the high latency of traditional
satellite internet service using satellites in geostationary orbit could
cause some awkwardness for the staff interface - imagine checking in a cart
of books where each checkin takes an extra 3/4 second to get a response.
However, Starlink and similar services use satellites in low earth orbit
and offer significantly less latency.

Hopefully somebody who is using Starlink for a bookmobile can weigh in, but
I have fewer concerns about Starlink's latency than I would for traditional
satellite service.

Regards,

Galen
