Hello Brandi, Following on from Galen's comment, one way to help reduce latency with such a setup is to use as much cable as you can on "your" side of the connection in the bookmobile (i.e. from the onboard router to any devices inside).
Does Perry County use the Evergreen selfcheck (evergreen/eg/circ/selfcheck/main)? I have a selfcheck solution that is Ethernet-capable and small enough for easy use inside a bookmobile.
