Good to know. Thanks Jeremy! I was wondering if the difference between "use
setting in driver" and "use setting saved in printer" might be an issue. I will
set ours to "use printer settings".

Possibly not relevant, but maybe a good thing to know... we need to do some
special settings in the drivers for those to be able to print from the OCLC
Connexion client, to get it to behave as expected. There a lot of settings that
have an additional flag that essentially means "use setting saved in printer"
vs "use setting in driver". (Can't remember the wording, and don't have one or
our docs in front of me now.) We need to set all of those to "use printer
settings", else OCLC spits out blanks for labels.

It prints spine labels for us fine in Evergreen too, but since we need those
settings for OCLC, they are also in play when we're printing from Evergreen. I
haven't tried printing to it from Evergreen without those settings, that I can
remember.

Thanks, Clare. You can try adding spacing in the "Item Print Label - Inline CSS
field like this:

.spine {padding-top: 20px;}

Hi Clare,

Can you attach a screenshot of your settings page in Evergreen? It's been a
while since I've had to do a spine label configuration, but I might be able to
spot the problem.

Good Afternoon,

I am setting up a Zebra ZD411t thermal transfer printer to print spine labels
with Evergreen and I am having trouble setting the top margin so that the print
does not start at the very top of the 1"x1.5" label. I have tried changing the
settings in both the Evergreen spine label set up and the Zebra printer
settings, but nothing changes when I print. I can get it to work in the Zebra
Designer 3 software, but not when I print spine labels directly from Evergreen.

If anyone has set up this type of printer with Evergreen for spine labels
before and has any advice, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you,
Clare
