*Membership Registration* To vote in the upcoming election, you or your organization must register as a member of The Evergreen Project by *March 2, 2026*. You may register at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTtyUws2rIuDgyEP_cqR40IqlzguxGObEYP2aGPgp3HwObYQ/viewform . *2026 Evergreen Project Board Nominees* We are pleased to announce the following nominees: * - Kathy Lussier (NOBLE)* Kathy has been an active contributor to the Evergreen community since 2010. She previously served a three-year term on the Evergreen Oversight Board as Secretary and Vice President, where she was instrumental in starting the Evergreen Outreach Committee. Since returning as NOBLE Executive Director in 2023, she has chaired the Membership Model Investigation Committee, served on the strategic planning committee, and volunteered to coordinate the project's social media presence. Kathy is committed to the sustainability of the project and aims to improve community communication. * - Gina Monti (Bibliomation)* Gina has worked with the Evergreen community for six years and is looking to expand her involvement. She is currently an active member of the release team, DIG, and EG Admin. She also plans to participate in the Conference Planning Committee for the 2027 online conference. Having attended several board meetings on behalf of the Conference Planning Committee, she is eager to support the group in a board capacity. * - Donna Bacon (MOBIUS)* As the Executive Director of MOBIUS, Donna oversees all organizational operations and serves as a passionate advocate for resource sharing and consortia. She has served on The Evergreen Project board since 2025 and assisted in the development of the new membership model. *The Election Process* The election will begin on March 9. Registered members will receive an email from OpaVote with instructions on how to cast their vote. Voting will conclude on March 23, and results will be announced during the week of April 6 at the Evergreen Conference.
