Hi, Eric!

For physical-space public events, something like openspaceproceedings.com works
really well. For example, one of the last timen we used it was Agile Coach Camp
Worldwide in 2019
https://openspaceproceedings.com/spaces/agile-coach-camp-worldwide/ .

For digital public events, we've done something similar. For a Covid-era open
space with Agile NYC, we did everything in Miro
https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_kqDgtCo=/?share_link_id=578052507243 , including
the "space", agenda, session notes (aka "proceedings"), and more. Various
curators/gardeners self-identified and kept the space beautiful.

For private events, we use whatever is most appropriate for the private group:
Google Docs, SharePoint, whatever. We try to make it trivial to share session
notes, e.g. take a photo and send an email to the curator.

We don't usually generate a distinct proceedings document. We keep it all
digital and non-linear. openspaceproceedings.com, the Miro board, the Google
Docs folder — these are all just right for the way people want their world to
be, at least with the communities with whom I've done this. That there's a
durable archive seems to be what's important, not that it's a printable
artifact. For example,
https://openspaceproceedings.com/spaces/agile-coach-camp-worldwide/ is the
"proceedings" for the Agile Coach Camp event, and the Miro board
https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_kqDgtCo=/?share_link_id=578052507243 is the
"proceedings" for Agile Day NYC.

Be well!
