I can't explain that, nor do I understand why in the late Ordovician period 450 million years ago there was a huge 4400 ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere verses 380 today, and yet the world was in the grip of a very severe ice age. Apparently the climate dynamics of this planet is complicated and the link between global warming and CO2 is not as straightforward as some would have us believe.
