But no it can't, and in can't ascribe any probability to this act just as the moscow man... It's exactly the same thing... The john clark who is asked anything is no more and so the chrono john never can do anything.... If only it was true. However in that case John will observe no weird quantum effects, John will see no interference pattern because for that to happen the universe must split and then recombine again.
