That is a form of locality (continuity, computability, assumption), but to get the mind part of the mind body problem, we have to derive it in the physics, even if we assume it in the ontology trough the notion of Turing universal.



This is, I think, is just a restatement of Gödel's incompleteness theorems.

Any serious precision on this might be an interesting thesis subject.

It might be easier to connect this to Chaitin theorem and to the (simple/immune) theoretical computer science notion of Emil Post, which leads also to a form of incompleteness, instead of the creative/ productive of the Gödelian incompleteness phenomenon.

I read Roy Frieden book, but I don't know this work, and I am not, ... have to think.

I am discovering Benjamin Pierce, who I think is the father of C. S. Pierce. I think the father convince me better than his son.

The term information is easily misused and sometime mystified. The meaning of an information (string of symbols) is relative to the universal machine which takes it as input.
