No it's not.  You wrote, "for all possible direction of the spin" which constitutes a full circle.  But Alice's choice of direction is a classical event determined by the classical computations of her brain.  It does not have rotational symmetry.  But you seem to treat the problem as if she does and that there is some infinity of Alice's which together have rotational symmetry.
