Then there is more laws in physics, and all physical laws are contingent geographic-historical events. That would have been the case if all the modalities imposed by incompleteness have collapsed, but incompleteness prevents this. Mechanism explains why they are real absolute physical laws, lived by *all* universal numbers. It explains also why they are divided into an explanation for quanta (and their first person plural reality) and explanation for qualia (which are lived, but are not sharable at all, except indirectly, usually through art or ostensive acts “here and now”).
